Can you design special chains for us?
According to abrasion resistance, corrosion, strengthen; working life, we can design the chains for you on every industry. We can design the correct chains with high quality material, good abrasion resistance, good corrosion, high strengthen and etc as per your request or the chain application.

What's your MOQ?
50meters per standard types. 100meters based on nonstandard types.

What's your payment term?
Troghy normally accept TT or L/C at sight(only total amount no less than 50000USD,we will accept L/C at sight.).Regarding other payment terms ,we can discuss.

Can you provide free samples?
Yes,its free for standard products.While you have to bear the freight cost. If you have special requirements for the samples,we can discuss the sample fee. Sample time:3-5 days.

Do you have after-sale services and guarantee time?
Yes Troghy has five after-sale agents based on our technology team supporting. Our guarantee time for products is 18 months.
